Internships EURIDOL Students have two mandatory internships

Master 1 Internship  6 weeks

Format:
A short internship, preferably in a EURIDOL research team

Objective:
To immerse into a research team and understand the team's research topic and used techniques.

Timing:
Between the end of Master 1 courses and the beginning of Master 2 courses (usually between May and July).

Value:
3 ECTS, accounted for in Master 1 Semester 2.

Applications:
Students are responsible for contacting their prefered research team(s). They should get in touch with the PIs as early as possible in semster 2 of the Master's. Once there is an agreement with the PI, students should inform the EURIDOL school management.

Master 2 Internship  5-6 months

Format:
A long research internship, on a pain-related topic, preferably in a EURIDOL research team.

Objective:
To integrate into a research team and conduct their Master work and thesis.

Timing:
In lieu of Semester 4 courses (usually between January and June).

Value:
30 ECTS, accounted for in Master 2 Semester 4.

Budget:
The intern will receive an internship allowance as per Unistra guidelines.
If the internship is conducted on a pain-related topic in a EURIDOL research team, EURIDOL will pay for the internship allowance.

Applications:
Students are responsible for contacting their preferred research team(s). EURIDOL internship projects are published end-August / early September on the EURIDOL Master 2 Moodle page. We recommend students to get in touch with the PIs as early as possible to secure their internship position. Once there is an agreement with the PI, students should inform the EURIDOL school management.

Internship agreement / "Convention de stage"

Students are responsible for editing their internship agreement (Convention de stage) on the PStage Application of the University of Strasbourg.

EURIDOL internships are handled the same way as 'classic' Unistra internships.

If your internship is financed by EURIDOL, make sure to submit each month your monthly attendance certificate to EURIDOL. The certificate template can be downloaded below.
