Training Programme

The EURIDOL training programme aims to decipher the complexity of Pain and to develop new treatments according to three levels of study:

I) understanding the biology and circuits of pain;
II) understanding the comorbidities associated with pain;
II) improving pain treatments.

Why apply to the EURIDOL Graduate School of Pain?

EURIDOL students receive:

  • an in-depth training in Pain, in addition to a strong general basis in Neuroscience

EURIDOL Master's and Doctoral students can benefit from a variety of options which are only open to EURIDOL registered students. The benefits aim at providing the best possible training and research conditions for the future young pain-professionals. Emphasis is put on personalised support which becomes possible due to the small cohort of students. Having a Master's and Doctorate degree with the EURIDOL Label 'Investir l'avenir' of the French Government, provides an added value to regular Master degrees.

Study Room & Library

All EURIDOL students (Master & PhD) have access to the EURIDOL study room, regardless of their host laboratory.

The study room is located in the Institute of Cellular and Integrated Neuroscience, INCI (8 allée du Général Rouvillois, 67000 Strasbourg).

Besides the work space, the room provides a couple of computers, a whiteboard, as well as a small library with (pain-related) scientific literature on fundamental neuroscience, clinical neuroscience, psychology, chemistry and humanities and social sciences.
